Our Water
How is WELL different from other waters?
We take a more organic approach to alkaline water, alkalizing our water using natural minerals to raise the pH and elevate the nutritional value.
We have a higher standard of clean, healthy and pure with our goal to serve the healthiest possible water. We serve WELL in reusable glass so we can reduce our environmental footprint and optimize the health benefits for everyone. Water should be healing and healthy, for you and the planet.
At WELL, we believe in keeping things simple, clean and transparent - quite simply put, we deliver hydrating, healthy water in a joyful way so you can live your best life and help clean up our planet too!

MineralizedĀ
Mineralized naturally with trace amounts of Magnesium and Calcium | pH 8+Ā
Pure Light minerals addedĀ

*Our Alkaline, Mineralized and Pure waters are comparable to leading spring waters, which normally have a pH between 6.5-8.5*
How much water should I be drinking?
The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters, 124 ounces) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters, 92 ounces) of fluids a day for women. The Harvard Public School of Health and Mayo Clinic recommend this also.
For children, the recommendations are:
Age 1ā3 years: 32 ounces (mix of water and whole milk)Ā
Age 4ā8 years: 40 ounces
Babies 7ā12 months - Mostly breast milk or formula plus some free water (4ā8 ounces per day)Ā
Infants under 6 months - Breast milk or formula is the only food or drink a baby needs during the first six months of lifeĀ
*The amount of water a child needs depends on several factors, including their age, activity level, and the environment. Children who are active, like those playing sports, may need more water. Hot and humid weather can increase the amount of water a child needs. Resource: The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)Ā
Also: *These recommendations cover fluids from water, other beverages and food. About 20% of daily fluid intake usually comes from food and the rest from drinks.

Bottle & Accessories Care
What is the best way to clean my glass bottles?
We love that you are as clean-obsessed as we are. Here's our recommendation for bottle cleaning:
Three gallon glass: 1-2x per month with hot water and dish soap, or request a hot bottle wash at WELL. (We wash for 5 minutes at 200 degrees F with natural soap!)
One gallon & half gallon glass: Wash every 1-2 weeks with hot water and dish soap or place in dishwasher.
16 and 32 ounce glass: Wash daily with hot water and dish soap or place on the top shelf of your dishwasher after 1-2 uses.
Where does WELL source its glass bottles?
We are proud to share that we sell only the highest quality glass made in the United States and Italy. All of our glass is refillable, recyclable, and dishwasher safe.
Our 16 ounce, 32 ounce, half gallon and one gallon bottles are made of clean recycled glass.
How does the spigot / dispenser work?
To put the spigot on: simply pop the cap onto the top of the bottle, hold the top part still and turn the base to the right / clockwise.
To remove the spigot: hold the top handle still and turn the base counterclockwise. It's good to tighten it somewhat snug but not too tight, or it will be hard to remove.
You can watch a video of how to put on the spigot here.
How and how often should I wash the spigot?
We recommend washing the spigot in the top shelf of the dishwasher at least 1x per month to keep it as clean as possible! You may also wash it by hand with gentle dish soap and a light wipe and scrub inside.
Are WELL bottles compatible with a hot / cold cooler?
Our glass bottles are compatible with most hot and cold bottom loading coolers and most top loading coolers.
