Order processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays for any reason, we will contact you via email or update the notice on this page.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard shipping: 7-10 business days.

  • Expedited shipping (if available): [2–3] business days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Shipping locations

  • We currently ship certain items to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship our glass water bottles, but we do ship our coolers and some other accessories. Shipping, freight or custom transport is available for wholesale customers, and those terms will be arranged directly and separately from this policy. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

  • If your address is outside our shipping zones, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Local delivery / in‑store pickup

  • Local delivery is available for customers within all of Coastal Orange County and some areas of Greater Orange County. Fees and time windows will be shown at checkout.

  • Free local pickup is available at our flagship retail location at 3800 E Coast Highway, Suite C, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and pickups must be made during 10am-4pm.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • The tracking number may take up to 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • We are not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit, but we will help you contact the carrier and open an investigation where possible.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items.

  • We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund according to our return policy.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the product price minus any shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges

  • Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and eligibility.

  • Some items may be final sale and not eligible for return; any such conditions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Holiday and peak season shipping

  • During high‑volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

  • We recommend ordering early to receive your items in time.
